Mr Pete Wishart MP, Member of Parliament for Perth & North Perthshire, continued his engagement with local businesses with a serious of visits to local traders this morning.
Speaking today (Monday) Mr WISHART said:
"I had some very interesting discussions with local traders in the the city centre, listening to their concerns and their ideas for the future development of the city centre and I want to thank everyone who took the time to talk with me.

"In general, everyone was very positive about the progress there has been over the summer months with the formation of the Perth Traders Association.
"There has been a real sense of achievement in the way in which everyone has come together using the individual strengths of all the independent traders in Perth to create a combined identity for the city as a place which is attractive for customers and in which the range of independent businesses is seen as a real bonus."
