Wishart Urges Vote Backing for GrowBiz Town Team Project – helping to regenerate Coupar Angus
The Scottish National Party’s Mr Pete Wishart MP, Member of Parliament for Perth & North Perthshire is urging support for a local group who are seeking funding support through the RBS Inspiring Enterprise programme for women’s enterprise. Enterprising East Perthshire Ltd, known as GrowBiz, are through to the ‘public vote’ round of the contest and over the coming week they need as many as possible to visit the inspiring enterprise website and click on the voting button.
Speaking in support Mr Wishart said:
“Congratulations to GrowBiz in getting this far and I would urge everyone to take a few minutes to visit their website and click the voting button.
“Growbiz’s mission is to provide support to anyone wishing to start or develop a business or social enterprise in Eastern and Highland Perthshire and I think that is an objective we should all support
“With a proven track record of success and a client list that is 70% women, it is clear that they would put the funding to good use in pursuing the competition’s objectives of helping more women get into business.”
